The City of Rio Rancho is seeking applicants from City Council District 2 to fill a vacancy on its advisory Library Board of Trustees. The term of appointment will be until May 31, 2018.
The advisory board is responsible for providing recommendations related to the efficient and economical management and operation of Rio Rancho’s public library system. Board meetings take place on the second Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at the Loma Colorado Main Library, 755 Loma Colorado Blvd.
Individuals interested in applying and serving as a volunteer on the board must submit an application form and résumé to the Office of the City Clerk. Applications can be obtained by visiting the Clerk’s office inside City Hall, or by visiting http://www.rrnm.gov/index.aspx?NID=2206. Applications will be accepted and considered until the position is filled.
