Business License and Business Registration Instructions
Persons operating, conducting, doing, carrying on, causing to be carried on, or pursuing any business, profession, occupation, trade, pursuit or activity for the purpose of profit and who are required to obtain a New Mexico taxpayer identification number. A business license and/or registration type is based on the type of business and the location of the business.

*Requirements may vary based on the type and location of Business. Trades, Occupations or Professions that require a license to operate are required to submit a current license with the applicable application. Insurance may be required.
