Overview
The Stonegate Public Improvement District was established in 2013 by Resolution No. 52 (Enactment No. 13-049), for the purpose of financing road, sanitary sewer, water, storm drain and park improvements associated with the Stonegate subdivision. The District encompasses approximately 150 developable acres of land with approximately 823 residential units.

Boundaries
The PID’s geographic boundaries are generally described as bounded on the north by Montezuma Boulevard, on the east by Edinburgh Street, on the south by Cardiff Avenue and on the west by Dinadan Road.
