The Building and Custodial Division is an internal division only. This means that the responsibilities of this division are implemented only for the City of Rio Rancho. This division is organized into two sections: Building Maintenance and Custodial Services. Through these sections, the Building and Custodial Division is responsible for maintenance and repair of City facilities and cleaning of City facilities.
