HOW TO REGISTER (
Vendor Registration packet
If your company wishes to register with the City of Rio Rancho, please download and complete the
Vendor Registration packet,
which includes a W9 form. Once the packet is completed, please save and email it to
, or print and fax it to 505-891-5762.
Vendors not online can contact the Purchasing Division for information to be mailed.
Placement on the Vendor List does not automatically guarantee the City will purchase goods or services from a vendor.
